Terms of Service

These terms apply to purchases and inquiries made with Shanghai Aorai Tech Co., Ltd. (GaugWise). By placing an order, you agree to the terms applicable to that order.

Orders and quotes

Quotes are subject to confirmation and availability. An order is accepted when we confirm it. Specifications, quantities, and lead times should be reviewed before confirmation.

Pricing and payment

Prices and payment terms are stated in the applicable quote or checkout. Taxes, duties, shipping, and other charges may be additional unless expressly included. Payment is due under the terms confirmed for your order.

Shipping and delivery

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise. Shipping terms, costs, and destination are confirmed with each order. Customers are responsible for applicable import requirements and charges unless otherwise agreed.

Returns and warranty

Contact us promptly if an item arrives damaged or does not match the confirmed order. Returns require prior authorization and are subject to the terms agreed for the order. Any applicable product warranty will be stated in the product documentation or order confirmation; misuse, improper installation, and unauthorized modification are excluded to the extent permitted by law.

OEM and custom orders

Custom and OEM specifications, samples, approvals, minimum quantities, and lead times must be agreed in writing. Once production begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible; any applicable charges will be confirmed with you.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our liability arising from an order is limited to the amount paid for the affected products, except where such a limit is prohibited by law.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without limiting any mandatory rights that apply to you.
